In accordance with the Healthcare Compliance Program for the Colville Confederated Tribes, anyone may report an anonymous ethics or compliance concern using this incident report portal. 
Any person who is aware of unethical practices, fraud, violations of laws or regulation or have other concerns relating to the Health Care Components of the Colville Confederated Tribes policies and procedures may report such matters anonymously.  
The Healthcare Compliance Program cannot guarantee anonymity in all situations but shall strictly enforce the Colville Tribes' zero tolerance policy for retaliation.
